Anonymous asked: What does your daily routine look like?
I’m assuming this post is for my inspiration blog so here goes. I usually have oatmeal with fruit or cereal with plain soy milk for breakfast. I try to eat around 1200 calories a day and drink only water or green tea. I stay with whole wheat and am on somewhat of a high protein low carb diet so it’s a lot of chicken breasts, cottage cheese, eggs, etc. GREEK YOGURT is the best, usually around 150 calories and more than 25% of daily protein (on a 2000 calorie diet). I always have a water bottle. I try to work out 6 days a week. At the gym its 20 minutes cardio, then weight training usually 3 sets of 10 to 15, then 20 minutes of cardio again with a cool down. And of course, a protein shake after. Again, I usually get these for my motivational blog *look above* so if this isn’t what you were asking, sorry!
